Tenancies, billing, and upkeep run on a quiet monthly rhythm. Rent, utilities, and invoicing are handled cleanly so the people who live in our homes never have to chase us.

Approach
Subset is small on purpose. A tight portfolio, run by the people who own it, lets us be disciplined about what we buy and reliable in how we run it. The work is unglamorous and consistent — which is exactly the point.
